The Green Square South Tower Protect is the largest mixed use Corporate Office Park developed in Brisbane over the last 15 years. The experienced team from Mo's Roofing commenced work on the project in mid December, 2006, with their involvement expected to continue until at least mid-June this tear. Their main roles been the installation of all the roofing on the tower, as well as the external metal wall cladding They have also expertly and efficiently - installed gel-coated fibreglass wall sheeting throughout the buiIdings.

In keeping with the environmental theme of the Green Square Project, Mo's Roofing used only environmentally friendly water potable silicones, opposed to chemically base. In addition, they used a stand out product, relatively new on the market, called "Premier 300.- supplied and roll formed by (Stramit) located in Brisbane. This esthetic looking cladding enhanced the exterior face of the structure with fine lines and a bold statement for other surrounding buildings to sit up and take note.

The Green Square Development is a cutting edge project, innovative not only in it's overall design, but also on an environmentally sustainable level. This innovation was further recognized in the fact the Green Square Project was the first development to have been awarded a Green Star rating from the Green Building of Australia also believe, that this could be the start of a global trend in term, of developer, striving to be more environmentally aware, and implementing 'greener' principles when undertaking both large and small scale development projects
